It has probably been said before but working out before natural grounding is awesome.

today I worked out really hard not leaving too much energy. When I did ng after it was sooo much easier to just relax and open up. had a great session. Its like physical activity cleanses you and break down all kinds of resistanse inside of you. So you are in perfect condition to recieve shakti energy.

try it out if you havent before. :wink:

I agree - Doing some workout (or yoga movements) changes the NG sessions for the best. Dancing is helpful too.
